Delivery terms
Standard Delivery
- Delivery times: Delivery takes between 2 and 5 working days depending on your location in Sweden.
- Cost: Standard delivery is free for orders over 500 SEK. For orders of a smaller amount, the delivery cost is 49 SEK.
- Tracking: All orders are shipped with tracking. Once shipped you will receive a tracking number for your order.
Expedited delivery
- Terms: Expedited delivery is carried out within 1-2 business days.
- Cost: Expedited delivery costs 99 SEK.
- Tracking: Expedited shipping also includes tracking.
Pickup
- Availability: You can choose pickup from our pick-up point. The availability of a pick-up point is specified when placing an order.
- Timing: The order will be ready for pickup in 1-2 business days after confirmation.
Order processing
- Processing Time: Orders are processed within 1 business day. Orders placed before 14:00 are dispatched on the same day.
- Notification: You will receive an email notification with shipping confirmation and tracking information.
Return and exchange policy
Purchase returns
- Conditions: You can return the item within 14 days of receipt if it is unused and in the original packaging.
- Process: For returns, please contact our customer service to receive return instructions and a return order number.
- Cost: Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer unless the item is returned due to a defect or shipping error.
Exchange of goods
- Conditions: Exchanges are possible within 14 days if the item is unused and in its original packaging.
- Process: Contact our support team to arrange the exchange.
Delivery problems
Lost or damaged orders
- Procedure: If your order does not arrive within the specified time frame or arrives damaged, please contact our customer service. We will try our best to solve the problem as soon as possible, including resend or refund.
Wrong address
- Correction: Make sure the delivery address is entered correctly. We are not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the buyer. If you notice an error after placing your order, please contact us immediately.
International delivery
- Availability: delivery is available worldwide using the international delivery service DHL, FEDEX, TNT, NOVA POSHTA at operator rates.
