Return and exchange conditions
1. Return period
- Term: You can return or exchange goods within 30 days from the date of receipt of the order.
- Exceptions: Returns or exchanges for goods that show signs of use or are damaged are only possible if there is a manufacturer's defect.
1.2. Product condition
- Item must be: Unused, in original packaging, with all tags and accessories intact.
- Packaging: Include original boxes, instructions and packing materials.
1.3. Items that cannot be returned
- Exceptions: Personal care products (such as pacifiers and bottles), baby food, discounted and custom items if they have been printed or used.

Return process
1. Initiating a return
- Step 1: Contact our customer service via email or phone to request a refund or exchange. Please include your order number and reason for the return.
- Step 2: Receive your return order number and return instructions from us.
2. Sending the returned item
- Address: Ship the item to the address listed in the return instructions.
- Packaging: Please ensure that the item is packaged securely to avoid damage during transit.
- Documents: Include the original or copy of the invoice and the completed return form (if provided).
3. Return cost
- Buyer pays: Return shipping costs unless the item is returned due to a defect or shipping error.
- Refunds: If the return is due to our error, return shipping costs will be refunded.

Exchange process
1. Initiating an exchange
- Contact: Contact our support team to discuss availability and the exchange process.
- Returning an item: Follow the instructions for returning an item that is eligible for an exchange.
2. Sending a new product
- Dispatch: A new item will be shipped after the returned item has been received and inspected. Re-shipping costs are paid by the buyer.

Refund
1. Refund deadlines
- Process: Refunds will be issued to the same payment method used for purchase within 14 days of our receipt of the returned item.
- Processing: Refunds may take up to 5 business days to be processed by your bank or payment processor.
2. Partial Refund
- Retention: If the item has been used or damaged, a refund may be issued subject to retention.
